Mars Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
In the glass, you will find signature notes of huckleberry, olallieberry, and wild sage, carried through by black currant, spearmint, and black cherry. Soft-grained tannins give it a long, savory finish. It is wonderful now and best from 2031.
